Clipboard is hiring an Applied AI Strategy & Ops Associate to support and evolve its internal operational tooling ecosystem. The individual contributor will build and iterate workflows, integrations, and automations; support support platforms and AI-driven systems; translate operational problems into technical solutions; identify tooling gaps; troubleshoot production issues; and improve system reliability and connectivity. The role requires technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and automation tooling, strong execution and systems-thinking skills, and ownership of operational improvements. Experience with support platforms, AI-driven tools, automation workflows, operations or customer experience environments, and fragmented tooling stacks is preferred.
