Description
Applied AI Transformation Managers are technically oriented strategic advisors and operators who partner with senior and functional customer leaders to identify, quantify, and report productivity and financial value from Cognition’s agentic AI platform. The role manages enterprise-wide transformation programs, oversees onboarding and rollout to thousands of engineers, maintains customer relationships, and builds centers of excellence. Candidates should have a computer science or electrical engineering undergraduate degree, software engineering or full-time work experience, 3–5 years of strategy consulting experience focused on value targeting, realization, and technology strategy, and ideally 2+ years of customer-facing startup experience.
