Pediatrics Plus is hiring Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Fieldwork Students for a structured fieldwork program combining BCBA-focused academic learning with hands-on behavior analytic services for children with special needs. The role includes monthly BCBA Task List reviews and assignments, supervised on-site and remote mentoring, direct implementation of treatment and teaching procedures as a BT/RBT, observational assessment support, session-material preparation, confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, and maintaining a safe learning environment. Candidates must be enrolled in an ABA graduate program, complete 40 hours of supervised training, pass RBT competency and BACB examinations, and pass background and drug screening.
