Clearsteps ABA in West Berlin, NJ is looking for a passionate and skilled RBT Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children aged 2-12. The therapist will collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and maintain detailed records. This role requires strong understanding of ABA principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
