CodeRabbit is seeking an Applied Gen AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy generative AI systems for code review and developer productivity tools. The role involves integrating techniques like RAG, RLHF, and multi-step agentic reasoning into product workflows. Responsibilities include optimizing LLM-based systems, building agentic workflows, developing knowledge base and retrieval pipelines, deploying AI models, and collaborating with teams to improve system performance. Requires 3+ years of experience with ML or LLM-based systems, strong programming skills in TypeScript and Python, and experience with AI frameworks like LangChain and OpenAI APIs. Base pay range is $200k-275k.
