Fireworks is hiring an Applied Machine Learning Engineer to own customer engagements from scoping through production. The role embeds with customer teams, trains and tunes models, optimizes GPU-based serving and inference performance, and provides product signal. Candidates should have strong software engineering, machine learning, infrastructure, and customer-engagement capabilities, along with formal ML training, GPU or distributed-serving experience, founder or founding-engineer experience, and startup experience.
