Description
J.P. Morgan is hiring an Applied ML and Generative Lead to provide hands-on engineering leadership for production-grade machine learning and generative AI services. The role owns architecture, deployment, reliability, MLOps, model evaluation, fine-tuning, monitoring, and technical direction across multiple workstreams, while partnering with product, data science, and engineering stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of applied AI/ML engineering experience, and expertise in Python, machine learning frameworks, cloud platforms, containerization, microservices, and generative model architectures.
