SentiLink is hiring an Applied ML Manager to lead a team of applied machine learning scientists and own end-to-end execution of fraud detection and identity verification models. The role includes managing people, setting engineering and modeling practices, coaching scientists, reviewing code, partnering with product and risk teams, and developing production ML systems. Candidates need at least six years of industry experience applying machine learning or statistics, including three years managing ML or data science teams, along with a relevant quantitative degree and experience deploying production models. The position offers a $200,000-$250,000 annual salary plus equity and benefits, with fully remote, in-office, or hybrid work arrangements.
