Description
Prime Intellect is hiring a customer-facing AI Engineer to build and deploy agentic AI systems, reinforcement-learning and post-training methods, evaluation harnesses, and distributed training and inference infrastructure. The role works with customers to prototype solutions, translate applied data into research priorities, and scale reliable production systems. It requires a strong machine-learning engineering background, experience with RL, model alignment, applied data workflows, and distributed systems, along with a research track record. The position offers $150,000–$300,000 in cash compensation plus equity, remote or San Francisco work, visa sponsorship, and relocation support.
