Prime Intellect is hiring a Forward-Deployed Research Engineer to work embedded with AI companies, research labs, and enterprises using its Lab platform for post-training and agentic reinforcement learning. The role translates customer workflows into custom RL environments, evaluation harnesses, agent scaffolding, training runs, and deployment recipes, while also feeding customer insights into the platform and contributing to evaluation methodologies, documentation, and technical content. Candidates should have recent hands-on experience with LLM-based agents, evaluation design, RL and post-training concepts, Python, and customer-facing technical work. The position offers $150,000–$300,000 plus equity, flexible work in San Francisco or hybrid-remote, visa sponsorship, and relocation support.
