Prime Intellect is hiring an AI Research Scientist focused on reinforcement learning, post-training, and agentic systems. The role involves designing and implementing RL and post-training methods, building evaluation harnesses, prototyping multi-agent and memory-augmented systems, developing agent frameworks and infrastructure, and collaborating with researchers, customers, and open-source contributors. Candidates should have a strong machine learning engineering background, experience with agent frameworks and distributed training or inference, and a track record of research contributions. The position offers $150,000–$300,000 in cash compensation plus equity, flexible work in San Francisco or hybrid-remote, visa sponsorship, and relocation support.
