Description
Stand is hiring an Applied Science Platform Lead to lead a platform sub-team responsible for physics simulations, digital twins, AI/ML models, spatial intelligence, production pipelines, infrastructure, CI/CD, and geospatial data systems. The role combines hands-on technical work with people management, project planning, cross-team coordination, and process ownership, reporting to the Chief Science Officer. Candidates need at least five years of experience building production-grade data, simulation, or modeling pipelines, along with strong DevOps, distributed systems, and ML infrastructure expertise. The position offers an annual base salary of $240,000 to $295,000 plus equity, health, dental, and vision coverage, and requires U.S. work authorization; new work visas are not sponsored.
