Avra is hiring an Applied Scientist to advance relational foundation models for enterprise decision-making. The role focuses on evolving model architectures, training objectives, transfer methods, evaluation, and large-scale distributed training infrastructure, with an emphasis on turning research ideas into reliable production components. Candidates need at least five years of applied machine learning research or equivalent high-level systems experience, strong PyTorch or similar deep-learning experience, and a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field. The position is 100% remote with a São Paulo office available, and includes equity, health-plan coverage, parental leave, and research support.
