Ramp is hiring an Applied Science Intern to own end-to-end machine-learning projects, including data exploration, feature engineering, model training, benchmarking, deployment, and monitoring. The intern will apply large language models, deep learning, gradient boosting, causal inference, and rigorous experimentation to problems in credit, fraud, growth, or the core product, while collaborating with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders. The role requires a current quantitative degree student, strong ML fundamentals, Python and SQL skills, and practical experience building and evaluating models. Compensation is $12,500 USD per month plus a housing stipend, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
