Inside Out Hiring is seeking a remote, full-time Appointment Setter for a health and nutrition organization serving clients with chronic digestive conditions. The role involves high-volume outbound calling to webinar registrants and health-assessment leads, following up with prospects, answering basic questions, setting sales appointments, managing lead records in Close CRM, and meeting daily and weekly performance targets. Candidates need near-native English communication, a warm and empathetic manner, resilience, appointment-setting or outbound-sales experience, and comfort using CRM and dialer software. The position is available in LATAM or South Africa and pays $7–$8 per hour plus bonuses/commissions.
