Description
Renewal by Andersen of Greater San Diego is hiring an Appointment Setter to conduct door-to-door community outreach, explain window and door replacement products, and schedule in-home consultations with Design Consultants. The role involves recording homeowner information, collaborating with the Inside Sales Center, and completing assigned team tasks. No prior experience is required, but customer-facing or community outreach experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with hourly base pay, uncapped bonuses, a $500 signing bonus, and health, dental, vision, disability, retirement, paid time off, and holiday benefits.
