Description
The AppOps/Windows Admin is an application operations role responsible for maintaining business-critical applications in a production environment. Responsibilities include Level 2 and Level 3 support, on-call coverage, monitoring, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, performance and capacity improvements, security controls, compliance, and collaboration with development, infrastructure, database, networking, cybersecurity, vendor, and business teams. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, enterprise production application support experience, knowledge of Oracle, Windows Server, IIS, networking, distributed systems, and microservices, scripting experience, and familiarity with automation, monitoring, and operational tools. The position is onsite in Alpharetta, Georgia, for 12 months.
