Description
The Appraisal Review Specialist serves as the primary contact between loan personnel and third-party appraisers, managing appraisal engagements, order monitoring, report-error resolution, environmental pre-screenings, and appraiser credential compliance. The role also supports the internal real estate sales comparable database and performs additional Appraisal Review Department duties after necessary training. Prior banking experience and real estate lending knowledge are preferred, along with strong communication, prioritization, independent decision-making, and collaboration skills.
