Description
The role supports the Tax Department’s appraisal and determination of value for residential and commercial properties by managing building permit workflows, reviewing sales and tax records, analyzing real estate data, assisting with real estate tax appeals, and answering public questions about tax values. It requires knowledge of real estate law and markets, Microsoft Office and Excel, GIS land record systems, and effective communication; an associate degree in a business, finance, or office technology field with one year of real estate experience, or a high school diploma or GED with three years of real estate experience, is required.
