Description
This apprenticeship program requires applicants to be at least 17 years old, complete an application and interview, sign an agreement, enroll in education courses, and commit to five years of full-time work post-apprenticeship. The dealership covers tuition and provides paid on-the-job training, maintaining a 1:1 apprentice to journeyworker ratio. OJT responsibilities include following safety rules, completing reports, learning systems, maintaining cleanliness, accounting for time and materials, developing skills, and upholding company values.
