Description
The Apprentice Chef will learn to prepare and present quality dishes across breakfast, lunch, dinner, events, buffets, and room service; maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness; assist with food preparation and mise en place; manage stock and minimize food waste; keep equipment clean and service-ready; and work collaboratively to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role requires a passion for cooking, willingness to learn, flexibility for rotating shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, strong time management, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
