Description
Benugo is hiring an Apprentice Chef to join its Events by Benugo team. The role provides hands-on professional kitchen experience while working toward a Level 2 Commis Chef Apprenticeship qualification, covering food preparation, cooking methods, presentation, hygiene and allergen compliance, event dish production, seasonal ingredients, stock control, and kitchen organisation. Applicants must be 18 or over, interested in cooking and professional catering, and willing to learn; GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above are preferred, with support available if needed. Previous kitchen experience and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate are desirable, with training provided where needed.
