Description
The Apprentice Fine Chemical will receive structured training in fine chemical manufacturing, including preparation and mixing of chemical compounds, quality-control testing, safety and environmental compliance, process troubleshooting, and documentation. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, chemistry or related-science knowledge, laboratory safety awareness, teamwork, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Preferred qualifications include chemical manufacturing or laboratory experience, laboratory equipment familiarity, computer skills, and workplace safety or first-aid certification. The position follows a 12-hour shift schedule with consecutive 2-day day shifts, 2-day night shifts, four days off, and possible weekend and holiday work.
