WEPA is recruiting an apprentice Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering starting 1 August 2027. The 3.5-year apprenticeship combines vocational-school and practical training, covering assembly, maintenance, and repair of paper-making and processing facilities, warehouse equipment, electrical systems, control technology, plant equipment, building services, communications, and lighting technology. Applicants need an intermediate school-leaving certificate or higher, an interest in technology and electrical engineering, teamwork, reliability, responsibility, initiative, and goal orientation. The role offers 30 vacation days, a 38-hour week, a staged monthly training allowance, health and well-being programs, pension benefits, digital learning resources, an iPad, onboarding, and travel support for vocational school.
