Description

WEPA is recruiting an apprentice Electronics Technician for Industrial Operations in Germany starting 1 August 2027. The 3.5-year apprenticeship combines vocational school and practical training maintaining and repairing paper-processing machinery, high-bay warehouse equipment, electrical systems, control technology, building services, communication and lighting systems. Applicants need an intermediate secondary school certificate or higher, technical-electrical interest, teamwork, responsibility, initiative, goal orientation, and willingness to work shifts. The program provides 30 vacation days, 38 hours per week, staged apprenticeship pay, development opportunities, health and wellbeing programs, pension provision, learning resources, an iPad, onboarding, and vocational-school travel support.
