Description
The Insurance Agent Recruiter will identify and recruit agents and empanelment brokers for health and non-motor insurance, activate their business, provide training, monitor performance, maintain records, and support lead generation and company guideline updates. The role also involves assessing risks, maintaining loss ratios, attending assigned training, and using technology and predictive analytics to streamline processes. It is a full-time position requiring a diploma or degree, 0–7 years of experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of insurance products.
