The role recruits and activates insurance agents and brokers for general and health insurance, including health and non-motor business. Responsibilities include meeting assigned PMS targets, recruiting agents, providing training, selling insurance policies, maintaining records, monitoring business performance, updating agents on company guidelines, assessing risks, and using analytics to improve processes. The position requires a diploma or degree, 0–7 years of experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of insurance products.
