Earth Work Solutions is hiring Apprentice Heavy Equipment Operators in LaBarge, Wyoming, for a paid registered apprenticeship that combines hands-on training, classroom instruction, and general construction work. The role involves learning to operate scrapers, rollers, articulated haul trucks, backhoes, and water trucks while assisting with excavation, grading, earthmoving, trenching, compaction, and site preparation. The position requires a valid driver's license, outdoor work in physically demanding conditions, and the ability to obtain PEC/SafeLand, First Aid/CPR, H₂S, MSHA, and other required training. It offers Monday through Friday 10–12-hour shifts, with overtime, weekends, and travel possible, along with benefits, per diem for qualifying assignments, and opportunities to work on projects throughout Wyoming.
