Essel is hiring an Apprentice HVAC Installer to assist journeyman technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The role includes ductwork, sealing, blueprint interpretation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, safety compliance, and organized work-site practices. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of recent HVAC experience, basic mechanical skills, strong problem-solving and communication abilities, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varied conditions.
