Hôtel Barrière le Majestic Cannes is hiring an Apprentice Kitchen Assistant (M/F) to join the kitchen brigade and assist the Chef de Partie with preparing dishes for individual guests and conferences. The role includes weighing and peeling ingredients, mixing and processing components, plating and serving dishes, and following HACCP hygiene and food-storage rules. The recruitment process includes a 15-minute telephone pre-screening, a visit to the establishment, and an interview with the Head Chef, with a start date between July and September.
