Hôtel Barrière le Majestic Cannes is hiring an Apprentice Kitchen Assistant (M/F) to join the kitchen brigade and assist the Chef de partie with preparing dishes for individual guests and conventions. The role includes weighing and peeling ingredients, mixing and processing food, plating and serving dishes, and applying HACCP hygiene and food-preservation rules. The recruitment process includes a 15-minute telephone pre-screening, a property visit and interview with the Head Chef, and welcome to Barrière. The start date is between July and September.
