Description
Fro’, a subsidiary of the Savencia group and part of Fromarsac, is seeking an apprentice Machine Operation specialist for the September 2026 intake. Reporting to the production team leader, the apprentice will operate and monitor a cheese dosing machine, make process adjustments, maintain traceability and quality records, conduct sampling and analysis, respond to anomalies, perform initial breakdown diagnosis, and follow QHSE requirements. The role requires CAP, BEP, or equivalent training, food-processing and continuous-improvement knowledge, analytical and communication abilities, autonomy, interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a required driver’s license and vehicle. Compensation is €593–€1,980 gross per month, plus a 13th month and bonuses.
