Lucy Group Ltd is hiring an Apprentice Maintenance Assistant to support the maintenance team in maintaining its residential property portfolio. The role combines workplace learning with formal college attendance and off-the-job training for a Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship, covering fault finding, minor repairs, preventative maintenance, basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, flooring, and building systems. The apprentice will work under supervision, maintain maintenance records, support contractors, follow health and safety procedures, and provide customer-focused service. The role is predominantly based at the company’s head office in Oxford and reports to the Maintenance Manager.
