CFA Espace Concours is seeking candidates for an apprenticeship contract with a partner pastry-making company. The role involves receiving and monitoring products, applying hygiene rules, preparing creams, and making dough-based pastries, petits fours, meringues, garnishes, and entremets or small cakes. Candidates must be French or European nationals or hold a residence permit, be between 16 and 29 years old, and be eligible for an apprenticeship and authorized to work in France. The program offers a state-recognized CAP Pastry Chef diploma, 100% funded training, paid training, and expert instruction.
