Studs is hiring Apprentices for a six-week paid piercing training program beginning in October at one of its New York City studio locations. Upon successful completion, Apprentices may become Associate Piercers at the Garden State Plaza studio. The role involves client education, safe and compliant piercing procedures, recordkeeping, inventory and tool maintenance, and advanced ear anatomy work. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with full-time compensation of $24 per hour plus tips and part-time compensation of $19 per hour plus tips during training. The position requires three years of relevant work experience, availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to perform advanced piercings safely.
