Bosch is accepting applications for its Apprentice – Operations Technician (OpTech) Program, a 12-month paid, full-time in-house training program at the Bosch Charleston facility. Participants receive hands-on training in mechanical fundamentals, automated systems, Bosch equipment and processes, labs, qualification cards, job shadowing, and troubleshooting. Successful completion leads to a transition into an Operations Technician role. The program requires a resume, applicants must be at least 18 years old, and a high school diploma or GED is required; no college degree is required.
