SGS ISL is offering a 2-year apprenticeship program starting in early September 2026, partnering with SOLAS and MTU/DTU. Successful candidates will earn a Higher Certificate in Science (Laboratory Technician) upon completion and have opportunities for progression to Level 8. Apprentices will receive practical work experience and academic training, attending college twice weekly and working three days a week in the state-of-the-art lab in Ringaskiddy. Responsibilities include glassware maintenance, sample collection, chemical ordering, waste disposal, daily calibration checks, solution preparation, raw material testing, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
