Description
The Apprentice Program Manager will oversee Kalitta Air's USDOL-approved Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic Apprentice Program, including department processes, training schedules, records, curriculum effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and coordination with maintenance, quality, OJT, instruction, and external agencies. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, aviation maintenance or technical operations experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in office and shop environments.
