Description
The Apprentice Propeller Technician is an entry-level maritime repair role providing hands-on training while inspecting, measuring, restoring, repairing, and verifying propellers and propulsion-system components. The position requires basic hand and air-tool knowledge, assembly skills, the ability to read engineering drawings, documentation, oxy/acetylene torch training, and operation of overhead bridges and forklifts. Candidates must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, be able to lift up to 75 pounds, and be willing to travel as needed; a security clearance may be required.
