Waythrough is hiring an Apprentice Recovery Coordinator for its Forward Leeds service in Armley Court or Kirkgate, Leeds. This fixed-term 15-month apprenticeship runs 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday and pays £20,875.40 per annum. The role provides person-centred support to people experiencing problematic substance use, including building relationships, developing recovery and treatment plans, reducing harm, managing a caseload, and collaborating with other services. Applicants do not need prior recovery-service experience, but should be compassionate, patient, open-minded, willing to learn, and comfortable using basic IT.
