CWS is hiring an apprentice service driver in Bochum, Germany, beginning 1 August 2026 or by 1 September 2026. The apprenticeship involves planning delivery routes, loading and delivering goods, handing products to customers, advising customers, processing service issues and complaints, completing delivery documentation, and cleaning and maintaining the vehicle. Applicants need a lower or secondary school qualification or equivalent, good German skills, reliability, resilience, teamwork, and preferably a Class B driver's license; apprentices without one can obtain it during the apprenticeship. The role offers a 37-hour Monday-to-Friday schedule, block vocational schooling, apprenticeship pay of €1,230 gross monthly in the first year, vacation days, and potential permanent employment after completion.
