Ål Municipality is hiring apprentices in four trades: road operations and road maintenance, activity worker, healthcare worker, and child and youth worker. The child and youth worker role plans and carries out educational activities for children and young people aged 0–18, while the healthcare worker role provides practical care, support, and environmental work. Applicants must have passed VG1 and VG2 interdisciplinary examinations, Norwegian language skills, and a valid police certificate; VG1 applicants, adults with health and care experience, and those undertaking modular adult education may also be considered. The regular deadline was March 1, but applications after that date are accepted and suitable candidates are invited to interviews on an ongoing basis.
