RWE Generation is hiring a full-time, permanent Apprentices’ Training Instructor at the Gersteinwerk site to lead, instruct, assess, and develop apprentices in mechatronics and automation engineering. The role covers practical training, HSE requirements, vocational training quality, operational rotations, workshop support, interviews, training marketing, and internship supervision. Applicants need completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician or comparable qualification, additional technical qualifications, knowledge of power plant systems and manufacturing technologies, strong German, and Microsoft Office and SAP skills; English is a plus.
