Description
ACADEMEE is seeking an apprentice kitchen assistant for its partner company. The role involves preparing products according to brand standards, mastering recipes, organizing refrigerators and preparations, complying with HACCP and checking use-by dates, cleaning the stand, and managing inventory. Candidates must have commercial awareness, team spirit, knowledge of hygiene rules and HACCP standards, and a commitment to quality. The apprenticeship is available immediately, costs nothing for candidates, and is open to people with disabilities; applicants must be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, with possible exceptions for higher-level apprentices, workers with disabilities, high-level athletes, or people with business creation or takeover projects.
