ACADEMEE is recruiting an apprentice kitchen assistant/commis de cuisine for an unnamed partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The role supports dish preparation, ingredient preparation, kitchen hygiene under HACCP standards, delivery receiving and storage, and the smooth operation of kitchen service. Applicants should be motivated to learn culinary work, team-oriented, organized, thorough, energetic, and physically fit. The position is available immediately in France and is open to eligible apprentices, including certain exceptions for disabled workers and other qualifying applicants; training fees are covered.
