Description
ACADEMEE is seeking an apprentice kitchen assistant (M/F) for its partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The role involves executing Côté Sushi recipes, cooking rice and soups, learning to cut fish, fruit, and vegetables, preparing house-made sauces, and complying with hygiene and quality-control standards. Candidates must be motivated for restaurant and culinary training, have team spirit and communication skills, and follow food-hygiene rules. The apprenticeship is available starting September, costs nothing for candidates, and is open to people with disabilities; applicants must be eligible for an apprenticeship, generally between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France.
