ACADEMEE is seeking an apprentice Kitchen Assistant for its partner company. The role involves ingredient preparation and mise en place, preparing dishes and menu items, maintaining workstations and complying with hygiene rules, receiving and storing goods, and supporting kitchen service. Candidates must be energetic, meticulous, committed, team-oriented, organized, and interested in Italian cuisine and the restaurant industry. The apprenticeship is available immediately, costs nothing for candidates, and is open to people with disabilities; applicants must be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, with possible exceptions.
