Afög Ortenau is hiring a part-time Apprenticeship Coordinator / Social Educator for its Lahr location to support adolescents and young adults in the AsAflex vocational training project. The role involves advising trainees on personal, school, and workplace matters, organizing supplemental classes, coordinating with training partners and institutions, and documenting activities. It requires a relevant vocational or social-education qualification, counseling and teamwork skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and availability in the afternoons and early evenings. The position is permanent, with approximately 20–25 hours per week, and offers a fixed monthly salary of 12.35 plus performance-based participation.
