Swacrit Systems GmbH is hiring an Apprenticeship Instructor in Wildermieming to coordinate the technical and personal training of apprentices in the company and in coordination with the vocational school. The role plans and assigns apprentices to departments, monitors and documents their progress, evaluates learning outcomes, supports individual apprentices, and contributes to safe, efficient, and improved training operations. Applicants need completed apprenticeship-instructor training, several years of experience in a technical environment, strong communication skills, and a structured, responsible, proactive approach.
