STUDI is seeking a Junior Customer Relations Representative (M/F) on an apprenticeship contract for its retail partner company. The role involves prospecting and qualifying business opportunities, preparing quotes and proposals, following up on reminders, updating CRM and activity dashboards, developing a business-account portfolio, and handling customer inquiries. Candidates must be eligible for an apprenticeship, aged 16–29, authorized to work in France, ready to pursue a 100% distance-learning degree program with STUDI, and hold at least a Baccalauréat. The position is based in Ennevelin (59710) and is open to people with disabilities.
